The early church in the Bible met together ‘from house to house’ and ‘in the temple’, in both small and large gatherings.

Being part of ABC is about being part of one of our small groups and all coming together on Sunday morning and is also about cultivating relationships with one another outside of meetings.

A small group is a group of people, not a meeting, although groups do meet up at least once a week.

The purpose of small groups is to ‘encourage one another and stir one another to love and good deeds’. Our aims are to love God and serve him, to love one another and serve each other and and to love the lost, showing love by acts of friendship and kindness.

In groups we encourage each other to do all three of these equally.

If you are new to ABC and would like to go along to one of our small groups please talk to anyone. Ask if they go to a small group, and if they do, they will be able to help you find a suitable group.
