People begin to gather at 10.00 am when coffee and breakfast is available and at 10.10 am we gather inside the ‘sofa zone’ for  prayer at the front our meeting room.  Tables with tea, coffee, toast and other various breakfast items such as croissants, occasionally incorporating sausage or bacon or ham and cheese, are set up  to welcome newcomers and for those who come early. These refreshments are available until just after 10.25 am. At 10.30 am the musicians transition us from prayer into a song, during which time  people move to their seats after which the meeting leader will welcome everyone. Our meetings are open for contributions and although they are led by a leader we want to give members of the congregation plenty of opportunity to participate in prayer, prophecy, Bible readings, exhortations, songs and the use of the manifestations of the Spirit, such as word of knowledge, speaking in an unknown language and interpreting such a contribution. At 11.00 am the children are prayed for as they leave for their groups and we continue with open praise until around 11.15 am.   We have a full Sunday Club programme for children, from crèche through to the teenagers group.   The designated speaker for that day will then bring a message from God’s word until 11.55 am, when we will give any essential notices and ask anyone who needs prayer  to remain behind.  Please come and sit on the sofas if you would like someone to pray with you. After the meeting drinks will be served in the back hall and we ask all parents to keep their children out of the main auditorium while people are receiving prayer. Could we encourage those joining us at 10.10 am for prayer to gather right inside the sofa area and pray out loudly so that they can be heard; with background noise it can be difficult to say ‘Amen’ to quiet prayers. So get a seat and then come forward and join us in the empty space at the front.  Please feel free to eat and drink while you join us in prayer. Occasionally our meeting will be advertised as an Open Meeting.  On such occasions we will not have a designated
speaker and the whole meeting will be open for contributions. We would love to see you on a Sunday morning.  Do join us.
